Re-Inspections

A Re-Inspection is a Home Inspection, which is performed after the items listed in a previous Home Inspection Report have been addressed. A visual re-examination of the house will be performed from top to bottom including: Structure & Foundation, Heating & Cooling (A/C), Decks, Balconies, Stairs, Chimneys & Fireplaces, Insulation & Ventilation, Roof Drainage System, Heat Recovery Units, Electrical System, Floors & Framing, Plumbing System, Walls & Ceilings, Windows and Doors, Steps & Railings, Crawl Spaces, Countertops, Roof & Attic, Appliances, Wall Finish, Skylights, Sidings, Exterior, and the Interior. The cost for this inspection is slightly less than that of the Home Inspection.
