Prior to joining Florida General Inspections, George ran JP GLOBAL CONSTRUCTION, and prior to that he served as Principal and General Manager, for CONCALI SA, a major construction company in Colombia (South America). His experience spans large residential, commercial and specialty buildings, road construction, infrastructure, natural gas main pipelines and distribution system installations.
For 17 years, He was responsible for the planning, programming, budgeting, and construction of new development projects including roads and master utilities.
In 1999, George founded JP Global Company, a profit Florida (USA) Corporation for the Construction industry.
As a Professional Consultant, George acted as a CORGAN TEAM’S member to the Program Manager Sub-consultant providing Planning and Programming Consultation services to the North Terminal Development, Miami International Airport.
The Company also provided Programming and planning consultation services to SAM MARSHAL & ASSOCIATES, INC for the various physical aspects of airport terminal buildings.
As a General Contractor, George has built residential, commercial and institutional new construction jobs and many remodeling, additions, renovations and restoration projects throughout South Florida.
George’s experience involves all Construction phases; starting with consultation services to project’s owner, close relationship with architects, structural, mechanical and hydraulic engineers, site planners and government control agencies and assuming his role as a builder in connection with all construction field parties.
